To create a lead-generating landing page for their upcoming project – SP Vicinia, Chandivali-Powai, Mumbai. Ease of navigation was of utmost importance, to ensure that customers could get all the project-related information at a glance. The microsite had to be mobile-friendly and include a simple lead-capture form. Plus, the landing page needed to have an engaging design, so that it could be easily used for online/offline advertising.
Since the primary aim of this microsite was to reduce distraction and facilitate faster action, we made use of WordPress to build a dynamic landing page that had a clear-cut value proposition. The page design was clean, modern, and well-structured. The main focus was on imagery, while the minimal copy covered all the information that the customers needed to know. Most importantly, we made use of the brand colours to accentuate important elements of the landing page.
A responsive and feature-rich landing page that included an integrated Google map with pins to show specific nearby locations, a project gallery, and a 360° panorama/VR media to give a bird’s eye view of the property. For easy & quick communication, it included a live chat and a short enquiry form. The landing page had a database that helped capture leads in the backend, which was simultaneously also sent to their existing CRM platform. The best part, is to bring the property to life, we also embedded a walkthrough video on the landing page.
