Capsicum Mediaworks was briefed to create a lead generating landing page for their upcoming project – the SP Residency Phase III in Pune. The key requirement was to keep the design simple and distraction-free while offering excellent functionality. The landing page needed to be distinctive, so as to effectively stand apart from other conventional real estate landing pages on the market.
Based on the well-defined brief, our team was able to craft a custom designed landing page/microsite for SP Residency using WordPress as a CMS. All their key requirements were meet and the landing page designed was creative & functional and offered greater usability to the visitors. The lead generating landing page we created also included a robust database. This helped them to efficiently capture leads in the backend, while at the same time also drive them to their existing CRM platform.
The primary purpose of a lead generating landing page is to establish contact with the visitors by offering precise information. The landing page we designed for SP Residency was clutter-free and easy to navigate and offered information at a glance. The impactful design was aligned with their brand colours which further gave it a professional look. It also included descriptive CTAs, was integrated with Google Maps, had the option of downloading the brochure and a simple enquiry form that helped boosts lead generation.
