    After multiple engagements with other website development agencies that all ended unsatisfactorily for us.     The Challenge

    As a part of a highly competitive niche, this website was comparatively new in the market, so the primary objective was to increase visibility, drive organic traffic and improve the ranking for targeted keywords to get enquiries through the website.

    Improving user experience was a key challenge as there was missing content on the product/service page and thin blog content on the website, which led to a high bounce rate. This was further impacted by the slow website speed. There were also too many spammy and unwanted backlinks. All of these had a negative impact on their online growth

    The Solution

    In order to rapidly improve the UI-UX and generate inquiries, our team came up with a data-driven, comprehensive content and CRO strategy. The team began a complete overhaul of the website, optimising it as per the ‘Core Web Vital‘ update.

    Content for service and product pages were also added along with schema. Their existing blogs (though informative) lacked the structure and SEO elements that could help increase the dwell time. Hence, we worked on improvising the same, while simultaneously writing new blog content that could help generate high-quality backlinks through a well-planned outreach process.

    The Result

    After the implementation of the suggested solutions, Mark IT saw massive growth with a 129% increase in their overall organic traffic. Here are some statistics that show the rise of their organic traffic between April 2020 – April 2022.

    There was a substantial rise in the organic keyword ranking. 26 out of the total 40 targeted keywords are still ranking on the 1st page on Google. The website also saw a rise in inquiries, getting 40-50 monthly inquiries. In 24 months, their URL rating increased from 12 to 31. What’s more, the website has an ‘A’ score in GTmetrix, which indicates optimal website performance. Plus, the website is ranking for almost 300+ important keywords in organic searches.
