    Fazlani Nature's Nest, a premier wellness center in India, offers a range of rejuvenating retreats and wellness packages, specialising in Ayurveda, detox therapies, weight loss programs, and corporate wellness retreats. Situated near Mumbai and Pune, their services cater to individuals seeking holistic healing through physiotherapy, naturopathy, and meditation retreats. Despite offering high-end luxury wellness services, the client faced significant challenges in establishing a strong online presence, competing with well-established brands, and reaching a global audience. Our objective was to elevate their domain rating, enhance their visibility in search rankings, and boost organic traffic to drive engagement and inquiries.

    Operating in the competitive Medical & Ayurveda sector, Fazlani Nature’s Nest needed to establish authority online. Their wellness packages, positioned as luxury offerings, required a refined digital marketing approach to attract the right audience. With competitors already enjoying a longstanding online presence, gaining visibility in the top 10 search results proved challenging. Additionally, the website was plagued by slow loading speeds and an accumulation of spammy backlinks, both of which hampered search engine performance. A comprehensive SEO strategy was necessary to overcome these hurdles and position the brand as a top-tier wellness destination.

    To address these challenges, we implemented a robust SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy designed to enhance the website’s UI/UX, streamline performance, and increase inquiries. A thorough backlink audit helped us identify and disavow spammy and irrelevant links, ensuring a clean backlink profile. We launched an authoritative link-building campaign, incorporating business listings, contextual backlinks, and high-quality PR activities.

    Additionally, we focused on optimising the website following Google’s Core Web Vitals update, addressing speed and performance issues to improve user experience. Underperforming content was either repurposed or removed to ensure all website and blog content contributed to overall search rankings. A structured internal linking strategy was developed, along with the creation of topic cluster pages to improve topical authority. To further refine keyword performance, we addressed keyword cannibalisation issues, ensuring optimal ranking potential for targeted keywords.

    The impact of our SEO strategy was evident within nine months. Organic traffic saw a remarkable growth of 183.89%, with user sessions increasing significantly. Comparing October 2023 to July 2024, organic users grew from 2,267 to 6,437, marking an increase of 183.89%. New users surged by 190.35%, while engaged sessions grew by 106.26%. The engagement rate improved substantially, demonstrating the effectiveness of our content and UX enhancements.

    Keyword rankings also witnessed a dramatic improvement. Before our intervention, many targeted keywords were not ranked within the top 100 search results. Post-optimisation, the keyword ‘wellness center in India’ secured the #1 position, while others like ‘wellness packages in India’ and ‘detox retreats in India’ achieved top rankings. Additionally, the domain rating improved from 19 to 25, further establishing the website’s credibility.
